Although we strive for high accuracy, translations may contain mistakes, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users should independently verify translations before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, educational, immigration, or other important decisions.

8. Premium Plan

Putronix Translator offers optional Premium subscription plans that provide additional features and services. Premium features may change or be updated without prior notice.

• Premium subscriptions cannot be transferred to another account.

9. Premium Subscription Rules

11. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, all Premium subscription payments, membership fees, upgrade charges, renewal charges, and digital purchases are final.

Premium subscription fees are non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for partially used subscriptions.

• No refund will be provided for accidental purchases after successful activation, except where required by law.

All content, software, logos, icons, website design, application design, source code, graphics, text, databases, trademarks, and other materials available on Putronix Translator are the exclusive property of Putronix Technologies unless otherwise stated.

• We are not responsible for cloned mobile applications or modified APK files distributed by third parties.
• Users should download applications only from official sources.

20. Scam & Fraud Disclaimer

Any individual, organization, website, social media account, Telegram channel, WhatsApp group, YouTube channel, email address, QR code, or payment request falsely claiming to represent Putronix Technologies is not authorized by the Company.

Putronix Technologies shall not be responsible for any financial loss, fraud, scams, identity theft, fake job offers, fake support services, fake Premium subscriptions, or other fraudulent activities carried out by unauthorized persons using the Company's name.

21. Third-Party Services

Although reasonable efforts are made to protect user data, Putronix Technologies does not guarantee that translation history or account data will never be lost due to hardware failures, software bugs, cyber attacks, server failures, natural disasters, maintenance activities, or third-party service interruptions. Users are encouraged to keep their own backups of important translations.

28. Service Availability

The Service may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, network failures, hosting issues, API limitations, or circumstances beyond our control. The Company shall not be liable for temporary interruptions.

29. Account Suspension

30. Account Termination

31. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Putronix Technologies may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately after publication on the official website. Continued use of the Service means that you accept the updated Terms.

32. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
